Our previous wine-themed craft blogs were such a hit we decided to do a special Valentine's Day edition! These crafts make beautiful decorations for a romantic night in, or heart-felt custom gifts for your special someone! Check out our favorite wine-themed Valentine's Day crafts below.

1) Wine Cork Heart -This decorative wine cork heart can be enjoyed all throughout the year, even after Valentine's Day is over! There are a few different variations of this craft  that you can make. One option is this DIY Ombre Cork Heart Board. You can also try this one which uses a picture frame. If you want more of an accent piece for a bookshelf or as a centerpiece for a romantic dinner, you can use this tutorial.

2) Decorative Wine Bottles - These wine bottles make a great gifts or a cute decoration for your home! This instructional video is perfect for giving you a basic tutorial. There are a ton of different designs you can create on your bottle. Check out Pinterest for more design ideas.

4) Wine Bottle Lamp - One of our favorites on this list, these wine bottle lamps can be used to provide some great lighting for a romantic night in. Simple, step by step instructions can be found following this tutorial. To make it more Valentine's Day themed, decorate with red and pink paint, or wrap with ribbon, but be careful not to cover the entire bottle, make sure you can still see the lights!

5) Decorative Wine Glasses - If you're looking for something relatively simple, these decorative, hand painted wine glasses make the perfect craft! Make sure you have a non-toxic paint before you start, the instructions provide a good brand to use.

6) Wine Glass Candle Holders - Saving the best for last, these wine glass candle holders are always a huge hit! These decorations are for the candle holders (or you can try these designs instead), but if you're looking for instructions on how to make decorated wine glasses to drink from, you can still follow these instructions just make sure to use a non-toxic, washable paint and materials.
