Cooking Fun with Frappes: Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Box Cake

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the pretzels, 1/2 cup of Strawberry Daiquiri wine frappe mix, and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Whisk together in a small bowl: 1/2 cup of Strawberry Daiquiri wine frappe mix and 1-1/2 cup of water and 1-1/2 cup of Chardonnay (*Wine can be substituted for water if desired).
3. For filling, in a large bowl, combine milk and whisked mix. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in strawberries; fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust (dish will be full). Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen before serving.
4. For sauce, combine and cook strawberries and and leftover Strawberry Daiquiri wine frappe and mix on low until thickened. Strain through a fine sieve. Drizzle over top.
