There are many delicious food combinations—chocolate and peanut butter, anyone?—but we admit that Strawberry-Rhubarb is one of our personal favorites. When we think of strawberry-rhubarb, we immediately think of summer!

What Is Strawberry Rhubarb? 

This flavor combines the sweet taste of freshly picked strawberries with the tartness of rhubarb, which are the reddish green stalks of a large plant that are eaten like a fruit after the plant is cooked. If you’ve ever had a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie—a popular choice at summer picnics—you understand how well the strawberry and rhubarb flavors go together.
