In a Crockpot, mix:
Mix until dissolved. Heat on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until desired temperature, stirring occasionally.
In a 2-quart Pitcher, mix:
Stir well and freeze for 3-4 hours or longer.
Thaw for 20-30 minutes, mix with a wire whisk or smooth in blender to desired consistency.
Blend well. Top with whip-cream, caramel drizzle and nutmeg for an added touch!
Frappé can also be poured & stored in a gallon-size freezer bag!
